
Free event for learning disabilities
East Basildon PCN is pleased to support the Big Health Day event in Basildon that will take place in June 2024.
This free event is being hosted by Sport for Confidence CIC for people with learning disabilities and/or autism.

Purpose of the event
The purpose of the event is to improve accessibility of health care services for people with learning disabilities and/or autism.
This will give you the opportunity to meet with your local health and social care services to learn how they can support you.

What to expect at the event
When attending the event, you can expect the following:
- The opportunity to meet with your local health and social care services to learn how they can support you
- Support and advice with annual health checks
- Inclusive physical activity sessions, including;
- Cycling
- Boccia
- Kurling
- Tabletop games
